Chan (commune)

Chan ((クメール語:ចាន់)) (also called Pouy〔) is a commune in Ou Chum District in northeast Cambodia. It contains Chan, Kan Saeung, Kreh, Ta Ngach, Svay, Khmaeng, Krala, Kang Kuy villages and has a population of 1,696.〔("Final Population Totals, Rotanak Kiri Province, 1998" ). Cambodia National Institute of Statistics.
